Implements regulatory updates, patches, and system performance tuning.
Designs, develops, and maintains dashboards, scorecards, metrics, and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Performs data analysis, cleansing, validation, profiling, modeling, and transformation.
Serves as the SME for HCM/ERP analytics and provides recommendations aligned with business strategy.
Leads small-to-medium scale projects including planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, go‑live, and post‑implementation support.
Provides advanced support for ERP systems and integrations, serving as an escalation point for complex issues.
Identifies process improvement opportunities and proposes innovative solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree OR Equivalent Experience
Field of Study: Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Analytics
Years of experience: 5-10 years or progressive experience in ERP systems (Workday, UKG, ServiceNow)
