Sales Director responsible for driving business growth at Ofload. Identifying new opportunities and establishing strategic partnerships in the Australian logistics market.
Responsibilities
Identify and target new business opportunities to expand Ofload's customer base in Australia.
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the Commercial and Marketing teams to develop compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients to secure new business partnerships.
Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, sales pipelines, and progress towards targets.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in business development.
Requirements
Proven experience as Sales Director role or Senior Business Development Manager
Strong understanding of the Australian logistics market, industry trends, and customer needs.
Demonstrated track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
A hunger for success and the ability to create opportunity.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and analyse data to identify opportunities.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
