Responsibilities
First point of contact for interested customers and the voice and face of Octopus Energy
Support customers throughout the customer journey and create enthusiasm from the first telephone contact
Structured preparation of customers for the next steps in the process
Assess the technical feasibility of a heat pump installation based on defined criteria
Schedule and coordinate appointments for field service teams to ensure optimal utilization
Maintain and update all relevant customer data in the CRM system with a focus on high data quality
Requirements
Enrolled student, ideally in one of the following fields: Business Administration (BWL), Economics, Industrial Engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Management, Sustainability Management, Communication Studies, Media, Psychology, Business Psychology, Marketing, Sales, or a comparable program
Efficient, structured and conscientious working style
Ideally some initial experience in telephone customer support, customer service, or sales
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
Friendly, open manner and enjoyment of telephone-based customer communication
Team player with a willingness to share knowledge and work in a dynamic environment
Motivation to acquire technical knowledge about heat pumps and renewable energy solutions
