- Owns and manages the long-term strategic sourcing of critical test capacity supply chain

- Review long term Wafer Test and Final Test strategic roadmaps and identify risks and opportunities
- Prepare the annual NXP corporate Long-Term Plan (LTP) and Strategic Plan Alignment (SPA) Wafer Test and Final Test documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials), Supply Chain Management, or related field with at least 6 years of experience
- Master’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials), Supply Chain Management, or related field with at least 4 years of experience
- More than 5 years of experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes, especially Wafer Test or Final Test
- More than 3 years of experience with supply chain planning and strategies
