Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the EMEA Sales Operations transformation
  • Modernize planning, forecasting, and performance management
  • Enable sales productivity through process simplification, automation, and advanced analytics
  • Identify structural, process, and capability gaps; design and implement scalable solutions
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to evolve go-to-market strategies
  • Transform regional forecasting into a predictive, insight-led discipline
  • Lead regional adoption of CRM and sales enablement platforms
  • Upskill the organization in data literacy, commercial acumen, and change agility

Requirements

  • 15+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Revenue Operations
  • 7+ years leading large-scale, regional or global commercial transformation initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • Deep expertise in sales transformation, operating model design, and change management
  • Strong command of sales planning, forecasting, pipeline governance, and analytics
  • Proven analytical skills in Excel (vlookup, PowerBI)
  • Experience with SFDC (Salesforce) and ModelN
