Responsibilities
Be the main driver behind the execution of multiple complex clients’ projects.
Scope, create, plan, track and manage tasks against the plan.
Create and share project status update after every meeting.
Serve as a liaison between all internal and external teams, coordinate, and set up recurring meetings as required.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables against the plan, Identify and mitigate risks to ensure on-time completion.
Facilitate meetings and discussions using necessary tools to communicate goals, status updates, and blockers.
Communicate and present the project progress effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including management.
Create lessons learned and ensure implementation.
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate a global workforce.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in payment processing technology.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
2-3 years’ experience in a client-facing project management role, experience within the financial services industry.
Experience within the Payments industry, either PSP/Acquirer an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
Familiarity with Project Management tools (like MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday, Jira or similar)
