Responsibilities
Assist with the coordination and execution of summer associate and on-campus recruiting programs
Communicate effectively with candidates, law schools, and internal stakeholders
Provide support in organizing events, meetings, and other recruiting activities
Reserve conference rooms for summer associate activities
Research event venues and catering options
Solicit summer associate feedback
Assist with interview scheduling and logistics
Organize the collection of student interview feedback
Prepare materials for hiring committee meetings
Greet candidates for summer associate interviews
Maintain accurate records and databases related to recruiting activities
Track and process summer event expenses
Process student and vendor reimbursements
Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old
Active enrollment in undergraduate university strongly preferred
Prior professional experience preferred
Available to work full-time during the summer and part-time once school resumes
Ability to work overtime and outside of regular business hours
Willingness to travel occasionally to other local offices
Strong organizational and communication skills
Good judgment and accountability for delivering excellent service
Highly organized and exhibit a high-level attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
