Responsibilities
Responsible for safety and improvement of safety within the area.
Lead the service team in the area, planning, setting goals and reviewing performance and KPIs.
Responsible for area P&L, business performance and risk management.
Ensure efficient operational performance and continuous improvement to drive competitiveness of service in the area.
Develop and set the budget for the service area.
Forecast business results and delivering to the targets.
Manage customer relationships in the area to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in developing the service business strategy for the region.
Review market demands and opportunities for new contracts.
Deliver after-market sales opportunities in the area.
Communicate and manage strategically important topics with internal stakeholders.
Ensure effective management of customer and supplier claims.
Requirements
5+ years of disciplinary leadership.
Business management qualification/experience highly desirable.
Experience in the wind energy sector is desired.
Formal qualifications in Mechanical and / or Electrical Engineering desired.
Worked in large matrix organizations.
Experience managing P&Ls & and customer management.
Experience managing remote field-based teams.
Strong knowledge of business operations and performance metrics.
Strong decision making, planning and prioritizing skills.
Knowledge about country specific laws and rules.
Systematic working approach and problem-solving behavior, result oriented and end-to-end thinker.
Ability to work at heights.
Willing to travel regularly.
Fluent in English and local language.
