Responsibilities
In this versatile role you act as the link between technology, veterinary practices, and processes.
You ensure that new practices are integrated efficiently, in a structured way, and successfully.
Implement and optimize the service catalog
Roll out the standardized Evidensia service catalog at new practices
Train practice teams and share best practices
Successfully integrate inventory management
Set up and introduce a standardized inventory management solution
Support supplier integrations as well as item and pricing structures
Support practice launches including initial optimization measures
Implement the Vetera practice management software
Plan, coordinate, and execute the rollout of the Vetera practice software
Train and support teams during setup and go-live
Coordinate all relevant interfaces between internal and external partners
Requirements
Experience with inventory management systems, GOT (German veterinary fee schedule), and veterinary practice software (e.g., Vetera or similar)
Practice management know-how and a solid understanding of workflows in veterinary clinics
Strong organizational skills and composure during change processes
Willingness to travel within Germany (approx. 25–30%, planned)
Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to convey knowledge clearly
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Positive demeanor, assertiveness, and resilience under pressure
