Responsibilities
Proactively source and engage passive candidates for technical roles
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical skillsets and ideal candidate profiles, and execute accordingly
Build talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, research, outbound campaigns, referrals, and online communities
Track key sourcing metrics and share insights with the recruiting team to help improve processes, targeting, hiring velocity, and ideas for improvement
Maintain accurate pipeline data within our ATS
Coordinate with hiring managers to research and plan sourcing funnels
Maintain a high engagement rate and provide an outstanding candidate experience
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
2-3+ years of sourcing or full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a SaaS startup, high-growth tech environment, and/or agency setting
Collaborative and startup mindset with the ability to partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams and hustle to get the job done
Applicant Tracking System experience (ie. Lever, Greenhouse, etc.) and strong technical aptitude
Excellent communication and time management skills
Demonstrated experience managing through significant change/growth and delivering results, as well as staying flexible as priorities shift
A team player, positive "can-do" attitude
