HR Administrator supporting key HR processes and onboarding new employees at Newmedica. This full-time, remote role requires attending the office fortnightly for team collaboration.
Responsibilities
Support the wider HR team with tasks such as onboarding new employees to our support office teams and brand-new clinics
Ensure full compliance with all paperwork from a legislative and regulatory point of view
Maintain employee records on our HR Information System
Ensure records pertaining to new starters and leavers are accurate and up to date
Take responsibility for HR tickets raised across the business, dealing with routine queries and providing first level advice in line with our policies and process, escalating where necessary
Provide administrative support across all HR processes such as performance, absence management, probation, disciplinary and grievance issues
Contribute to and produce a wide range of compliance and staffing reports
Requirements
Strong administrator with experience in a similar type of role
HR experience in a highly regulated sector, such as the NHS or another independent health care provider
Excellent proficiency levels on the full MS Office Suite, in particular adept at using Excel, Word and SharePoint
Experience of using a HR Information System
High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
Expert at managing and prioritising your own workload, using your initiative to undertake tasks without requiring to be asked
Friendly disposition as an ambassador for the team
