Responsibilities
You are responsible for online marketing projects and communicate with our clients and partners regarding project inquiries, ongoing projects, and marketing strategies
You create and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta and Google
You are responsible for the budget of paid media activities within your client projects
You schedule client meetings and project-team sessions and ensure their execution
You develop measures and campaigns along the customer journey, analyze them, and produce the corresponding reports
You continuously monitor current paid media trends and integrate them into your campaign strategies
Requirements
At least two years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency environment
Solid knowledge of online marketing with a focus on Google Ads or Meta Ads
Completed degree or vocational training in marketing, media, or communications
Good knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and common reporting tools (Google Looker Studio)
Strong analytical skills and data interpretation abilities with experience in conversion optimization
Hands-on mentality and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Confident use of project management tools
Excellent communication skills and a confident manner in client communication
Business-fluent German and good English, both written and spoken — and you are fluent in online marketing 🙂
Ideally, you can present a Google Ads certification
You effortlessly turn dry numbers, data, and facts into engaging and easy-to-understand presentations
You have initial experience with bid-management tools
Landing page optimization and A/B testing are familiar to you
