Responsibilities
Ejecutar procesos de selección end‑to‑end para posiciones operativas, administrativas y profesionales.
Realizar sourcing y hunting activo a través de diversas plataformas.
Coordinar entrevistas, evaluaciones y decisiones de contratación con managers.
Gestionar el onboarding: inducción inicial, exámenes médicos, documentación y acompañamiento de los primeros días.
Administrar o interpretar pruebas psicométricas según el tipo de rol.
Asegurar shortlist diversas y apoyar iniciativas de inclusión, incluyendo el desarrollo de pipeline de personas con discapacidad.
Colaborar con áreas internas para cubrir vacantes de acuerdo con prioridades del negocio.
Proponer mejoras de proceso relacionadas con digitalización, automatización e inteligencia artificial aplicada al reclutamiento.
Requirements
Experiencia comprobable en hunting, sourcing y manejo de plataformas de reclutamiento.
Inglés intermedio funcional.
Capacidad para relacionarse con múltiples stakeholders y adaptarse a cambios en requerimientos.
Orientación al servicio, comunicación efectiva y capacidad de gestión del tiempo.
Autonomía para tomar decisiones con criterio.
Formación en Psicología y afinidad con herramientas digitales/IA.
