About the role

  • Business Development Intern assisting in building Nelly's partner ecosystem in Berlin's fintech environment. Engaging with stakeholders and developing business cases for healthcare partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Assess lead potential, customer bases and strategic partner opportunities
  • Support outreach, prioritization and development of relevant partner accounts
  • Identify and qualify new partner prospects
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing — e.g., on joint campaigns, events and content
  • Help set up and maintain our partner management system
  • Contribute your own ideas, test them and independently drive projects forward

Requirements

  • Available for at least 5 months
  • You have gained initial practical experience in dynamic environments (e.g., internships or working-student roles at high-growth startups, fintechs, Big 4 firms, investment banking, or similar)
  • You are motivated to take on responsibility and actively drive your personal development
  • You possess strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality
  • You are curious and enjoy questioning the status quo

  • You speak fluent German and English
