Channel Manager responsible for recruiting partners in Italy for a B2B SaaS fintech. Working remotely with local travel to build a strong partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard and grow a high-performing partner network across travel agencies, ERP integrators, accounting firms, VARs and IT service providers.
Ensure execution of N2F's partner strategy in Italy.
Work in close collaboration with the Head of Channels and Partnerships.
Manage and develop the partner portfolio.
Activate partners through local events, campaigns and ecosystem initiatives.
Requirements
Excellent command of Italian (C2), both spoken and written, with professional-level English (French is a plus)
SaaS experience required
Solid experience in channel management, partnerships, sales or business development
Good understanding of the Italian travel / ERP / accounting / IT ecosystem — with an existing network
Good understanding of technical integrations (travel providers, ERP, CRM, etc.)
Autonomous, structured and execution-oriented
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in the field, creating momentum and representing N2F within the ecosystem
Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time across northern Italy
