Responsibilities
- Participate in designing brand events aligned with the client brief
- Assist in implementing creative recommendations by identifying and sourcing innovative concepts

- Contribute to creating, monitoring, and optimizing budgets, and take part in supplier negotiations

Requirements
- Candidates entering their fourth year of study, on a gap year, or enrolled in a master’s program (Bac+4/Bac+5)
- One or more experiences in events and project management, preferably in an agency
- Familiarity with event industry roles and practices
- Ability to identify the right experts and source suppliers
- Ability to meet client requirements and brand codes
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Be responsive, proactive, and able to anticipate unforeseen issues
- Proactive and creative mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office (Pack Office)
