Responsibilities
Manage and moderate brand communities and social profiles (comments, inbox messages, and interactions)
Identify real-time interaction opportunities (trends, conversations, and hot topics)
Collaborate with creative and planning teams to develop and adapt content
Monitor brand mentions and intervene in crisis management when necessary
Support creator/influencer actions in interactions and social activations
Ensure consistency in brand voice and adherence to brand guidelines
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
Previous experience as a Community Manager, preferably working with advertising or communication agencies
Ability to act in real time and manage multiple demands
Analytical skills to convert interactions into actionable insights
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buzzmonitor, etc.)
Must have an active CNPJ (Brazilian company registration) and be available to start immediately for a freelance project of up to 6 months
