Junior People Operations responsible for administrative HR tasks and maintaining employee records at iCliGo. Ensuring compliance and supporting payroll activities within the HR department.
Responsibilities
As a Junior People Operations, you will be the first point of contact for administrative and operational HR-related matters for employees and partners.
Ensure the efficient execution of internal processes and support the day-to-day functioning of the Human Resources department.
Maintain accurate people data, ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations, and support payroll activities.
Support the People Operations team in maintaining and updating operational guidelines and internal procedures.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
Organize, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of employee records and personnel documentation.
Update and manage internal HR databases (e.g., vacation balances, absences, and leaves of absence).
Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, contract amendments, and other materials related to new hires and employee lifecycle events.
Support communication and coordination with external partners, such as insurance providers and other HR vendors.
Assist with payroll processing by ensuring HR systems are updated with all relevant employee information (e.g., sick leave, parental leave, unpaid leave).
Support ticket management on our service desk.
Provide administrative support across recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of professional experience in People Operations, Human Resources Administration, or similar roles.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with Human Resources management software, Primavera, is a plus.
Knowledge of labour/labor legislation and HR administrative practices.
Strong attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and commitment to confidentiality.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest improvements and support continuous process optimization.
Ability to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced, and multitasking environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
