Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow consultant or technical role.
Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow workflows and business rules.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting and implementation of UI changes and Scripted REST APIs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and technical teams.
ServiceNow Certifications in ITSM or related fields.
Prior experience working in Agile project environments.
Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and JDBC.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and processes.
