Responsibilities
Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs for ServiceNow solutions.
Architect, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Lead solution development, ensuring integration with other systems and adherence to security and compliance standards.
Provide mentorship and guidance to developers and project teams throughout the entire implementation process.
Perform system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectures, configurations, and process workflows.
Keep abreast of the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to recommend enhancements and optimizations.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Platform Architect, specifically with ServiceNow.
In-depth understanding of ServiceNow modules, capabilities, and architecture.
Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for the effective engagement of stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly preferred.
