Responsibilities
Realizar consultorias no seguimento de cursos profissionalizantes com os franqueados da rede, orientando e direcionando sobre as principais dúvidas;
Ministrar treinamentos com foco Comercial, gerando engajamento para matrículas e retenção de alunos;
Orientação e estímulo à implementação das estratégias das campanhas do semestre;
Orientação a diversas dores da escola, auxiliando quem buscar em frentes administrativa, pedagógica e operacional;
Análise de Indicadores (funil de vendas, DRE, receita, evasão de alunos, inadimplência, entre outros);
Auditorias, Reuniões e Treinamentos com os franqueados;
Participação nos principais treinamentos e eventos da marca;
Definição dos planos de ação para recuperação dos gaps das unidades.
Requirements
Conhecimento, habilidade e domínio de rotinas comerciais: funil de vendas, ações comerciais, etc.
Já ter atuado como Consultor ou ministrado treinamentos focados em vendas;
Indispensável ter CNH B ativa e disponibilidade para viagens para interior de SP;
Residir em São José do Rio Preto;
Conhecimento em Pacote Office;
Experiência em Franchising será um diferencial, preferencialmente na área de operações ou comercial. Ou experiência na rotina de escola de cursos livres, ou em negócios de educação.
