Responsibilities
Communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service over the phone
Process and manage reservations via phone or email
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction
Processing requests for changes or cancellations of reservations, providing alternative solutions when necessary
Promoting additional services or products, such as insurance or vehicle upgrades
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a similar position within a call center environment, focusing on sales and customer service
An excellent communicator in both Greek & English, any other language will be considered an asset
Problem-solving skills to address and resolve any issues that may arise during the reservation or rental process
Flexibility to work in shifts as the department operates every day, including holidays
