About the role

Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operations for the department, ensuring alignment between delivery capacity, sales pipeline, and financial performance targets
- Translate strategic objectives into operational plans, KPIs, and measurable results across utilization, margin, client satisfaction, and delivery quality
- Develop and manage annual budgets, headcount planning, and resource allocation to meet growth and profitability targets
- Oversee and continuously improve core operational processes, forecasting, staffing, project governance, reporting, and performance tracking
- Drive standardization of delivery methodologies, tools, and templates across projects to ensure consistency and scalability
- Serve as an executive sponsor on key client engagements, ensuring alignment between client objectives and delivery execution
Requirements
- Eight plus years of experience as a System Operator, Dispatcher for electric transmission and/or distribution
- Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills on professional services projects
- Demonstrated success holding project leadership roles on consulting engagements
- Proven track record of leading multiple client engagements, driving revenue growth, establishing and managing successful client relationships
- Extensive experience in a consulting or professional services environment
- Experience with ABB, OSI, GE, or Schneider Electric systems and tools
