Responsibilities
Ensure proactive, ongoing management of high-value UEAT client relationships, including regular business reviews and development of a portfolio management plan aligned with strategic objectives
Optimize the customer experience at every stage of the lifecycle, ensuring full and effective use of UEAT solutions
Implement personalized retention strategies to prevent churn and preserve portfolio value
Support clients in increasing order volume and average order value through concrete recommendations
Act as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for assigned clients, coordinating interactions with internal teams as needed
Provide ongoing training to clients to ensure they fully leverage the features of the UEAT platform
Handle complaints and compensation requests with rigor and efficiency, ensuring prompt and professional follow-up
Provide recommendations to the product team on key features or initiatives to develop in order to meet client needs
Use a consultative sales approach to recommend complementary UEAT services or solutions based on business needs
Complete required documentation quickly and accurately to ensure a smooth, professional experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in strategic sales, account management, or business development with proven results, including at least 1–2 years in client relationship management
Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Knowledge of consultative selling processes, pipeline tracking and reporting
Demonstrated experience developing relationships with strategic clients
Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both internal teams and clients
Strong business acumen and analytical ability to evaluate performance and guide strategy.
