Responsibilities
Being the first point of contact for Mollies in your business area for onboarding, people changes and offboarding
Ensure that all operational People processes run smoothly
Make sure our HRIS (HiBob) and other People systems are up to date with accurate data
Support updating all People policies and processes available on various employee platforms within Mollie
Support preparing the monthly global payroll for your business area
Requirements
Currently studying and able to work 20-32 hours a week
Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn new things
Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about creating a great employee experience
Problem-Solving Skills: A willingness to learn and ability to think creatively to find solutions
