About the role
- HR Project & People Manager responsible for EOR projects in Germany, focusing on onboarding and client communication. Working in a hybrid environment with international teams.
Responsibilities
- Operative Betreuung unserer EOR‑Projekte in Deutschland (Onboarding und Offboarding von Mitarbeitenden, Vertragserstellung, Stammdatenpflege)
- Laufende Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden als HR‑Ansprechperson (Fragen zu Verträgen, Urlaub, Benefits, Bescheinigungen usw.)
- Koordination externer Dienstleister (z.B. Firmenwagen, Jobticket, sonstige Benefits)
- Kommunikation mit unseren internationalen Kunden, Beantwortung operativer Fragen und Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei Angeboten und Projektumsetzungen
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei organisatorischen Aufgaben (z.B. Terminorganisation, Vorbereitung von Unterlagen, Travel-Management) im Sinne eines kleinen Executive‑Assistant‑Anteils
- Mitarbeit an der Optimierung unserer internen HR‑und Projektprozesse****
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal, BWL o.Ä.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer generalistischen HR‑Rolle, HR Operations, HR Administration oder Customer Success / Account Management mit starkem Kundenkontakt
- Sehr sichere arbeitsorganisatorische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgezeichnetes Englisch in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1‑Niveau)
- Ausgezeichnetes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1‑Niveau)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Erfahrung mit HR‑/Payroll‑Systemen von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Freude an direktem Kontakt mit Kunden und Mitarbeitenden, offene und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit
