Responsibilities

Identify and systematically pursue new business opportunities in the German market
Confidently present our solutions to prospective customers
Build and maintain relationships with venues (clubs, arenas, amusement parks), hotels and similar establishments
Independently manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and proposal to contract signing
Work closely with teams in Germany and Belgium to ensure successful project delivery
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and commercial initiatives
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events and customer visits in Germany
Requirements
**Your Profile**
3 to 5 years of professional experience in B2B sales or business development
Experience in or a strong affinity for the entertainment/event industry is an advantage
Strong commercial understanding with a goal-oriented and entrepreneurial approach
Fluent German and good command of English
High degree of self-responsibility combined with the ability to work in a team
Willingness to engage in active prospecting, including cold calling and negotiation meetings
