Responsibilities
Develop, manage and grow relationships with corporate clients within pensions and employee benefits.
Identify client needs and provide advice and solutions across risk, pensions and benefits.
Drive business development and sales activities, including identifying new opportunities and contributing to pitches and proposals.
Collaborate closely with colleagues in Norway and internationally to deliver high-quality, compliant and innovative solutions.
Monitor market trends, regulatory developments and client challenges to proactively suggest improvements and new offerings.
Contribute to a strong team culture based on collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Participate in client meetings and occasional business travel as required.
Requirements
5–10+ years of experience from the insurance market and/or relevant experience from HR, Employee Benefits or sales.
Solid knowledge of pensions and employee benefits and an interest in how these support clients’ people strategies.
Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English (English is the business language).
Strong analytical skills, good understanding of numbers and confidence working with Excel.
A structured, organized way of working, with the ability to prioritize, keep deadlines and manage several parallel tasks.
