Responsibilities
Responsible for developing relationships with the distribution, contractors, architectural, engineering and design build community
Perform direct and joint sales calls to educate them on applying CITY MULTI Variable Refrigerant Flow systems
Engage and develop relationships with distributor staff, contractors, developers, engineers, architects and others
Prepare weekly and/or monthly reports
Create and deliver presentations and training on sales, application, and product topics
Manage project pipeline ensuring that they are tracked within SalesForce CRM system
Advise management on local market conditions including competitive landscape and opportunities
Requirements
Degree in Engineering or Business Management
5 years sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry
5 years calling on the engineering community preferred
5 years working with HVAC distributors and dealer organizations
5 years working with HVAC application and design is preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Ability to read and comprehend architect and engineer plans
Excellent working skills with PowerPoint/Excel/Word
Excellent public speaking skills
Must reside in the United States
Valid Drivers License with acceptable driving record
