Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including direct sourcing, vendor management, assessment, and selection, across all hiring types (new graduates, mid-career, contractors, PWD)
Deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes, including strong candidate pipelines, reduced time‑to‑fill, cost efficiency, and an excellent candidate experience
Partner effectively with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment insights
Build and manage sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referral programs
Conduct phone and online screenings and anticipate hiring manager preferences through strong offer-to-interview ratios
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in SuccessFactors and internal trackers
Work with the GBS team to ensure compliance with internal policies and support audit processes
Handle recruitment-related administrative work, including invoice processing, purchase order creation, and new vendor registration
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in full-cycle, end-to-end recruitment
Strong command of both English and Japanese
Understanding of the Japan market
