Responsibilities
Support HR Business Partners process related to employee benefits, onboarding and HR communications.
Prepare and report monthly payroll incidences accurately, ensuring compliance with internal processes and timelines.
Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events and collaborate with the Talent team to manage the learning and development agenda.
Support HR and Workplace Experience communications by creating and publishing updates on VivaEngage and assist brigades with scheduling and communication for safety trainings.
Oversee workplace experience initiatives by sourcing and managing vendors; manage badge assignment, external visit registration, and follow-up on facilities reports from security personnel.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) to ensure effective communication with global teams.
Expected graduation January 2027 or later date.
Availability to support 30 hours per week – hybrid + flexible according to academic workload.
Organization and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
