You will play a critical role across two key areas: first, by developing deep expertise in our core HR technology stack to unlock its full potential, and second, by transforming people data into meaningful metrics and insights that inform decision-making across the organization.
Requirements
Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated analytical skills with a capacity for critical thinking, pattern recognition, and logical problem-solving.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex, data-driven concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Data Manipulation and Visualization: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is required. Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, gained through academic or personal projects, is also necessary.
Human Resources Knowledge: A strong foundational understanding of the end-to-end employee lifecycle and a keen interest in applying data-driven approaches to HR processes.
Organizational and Proactive Mindset: Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying learning opportunities and suggesting improvements.
Educational Background: Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
