Responsibilities
Identify problems, risks and opportunities and communicate them in a structured manner to relevant stakeholders;
Develop action plans, monitor their execution and ensure that responsible parties/stakeholders follow the directions;
Serve as the focal point for the Operations team, providing support for technical questions, analyses, data interpretation and process automation;
Collaborate with Product, Data and Technology teams to advance process automation and develop new solutions;
Produce analyses, studies and strategic recommendations in partnership with management to support decision-making;
Track, update and interpret the area’s key metrics, ensuring visibility and accuracy;
Contribute to other activities related to the role, always focusing on efficiency and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Experience in Operations with a focus on continuous improvement and process automation in credit products or SaaS technology;
Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices;
Ability to develop thorough studies, reports and analyses;
Strong command of operational indicators, performance metrics, KPIs and OKRs;
Intermediate SQL;
Intermediate Python for data and process automation;
Data visualization tools (Superset, Metabase, Tableau);
Clear and collaborative communication with strong cross-team coordination;
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights;
Problem-solving orientation and structured decision-making skills;
Adaptability and quick learning in dynamic environments;
Interest in artificial intelligence applied to processes and productivity.
