Responsibilities
Spearhead the development of our value brand strategy across all banners including Cellarbrations, The Bottle-O, IGA Liquor, and Porters, focusing on brand enhancement and value maximization.
Innovate and optimize shopper experiences through effective in-store and digital / loyalty executions across traditional and new channels.
Cultivate partnerships with key suppliers to deliver unparalleled shopper experiences both digitally and in-store.
Drive the strategy for campaigns with creative agencies, print, and media agencies as well as internal design teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Facilitate internal collaboration across departments and manage stakeholders, track campaign budgets, and oversee a team comprising a Campaign Manager.
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years' experience in marketing roles specializing in campaign development and execution
Demonstrated success in executing through-the-line retail marketing campaigns
Proficient in budget management and tracking
Skilled in managing agency partners to ensure successful campaign delivery
Prior experience in fast-paced retail environments, preferably within the liquor industry, with strong stakeholder management, communication, time management, and project management abilities
Demonstrated experience in driving team productivity and ability to foster a positive and collaborative team culture
