Responsibilities
Ensure excellence in the execution of promotional campaigns within major retail chains, acting as a strategic bridge between manufacturers, retailers and internal teams.
You will be responsible for making sure offers are correctly implemented, monitored and delivering real business value, combining operational agility with analytical insight and a performance focus.
Serve as the primary point of contact for manufacturers and retailers, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Operate, validate and monitor promotional campaigns on the platform, ensuring compliance and deadlines are met.
Perform initial diagnostics of operational incidents (e.g., POS discrepancies, EAN, pricing), driving resolution or escalation when necessary.
Monitor daily execution of offers, taking preventive action to avoid failures at the point of sale.
Prepare and present performance reports (KPIs, sales, execution), highlighting results and opportunities for improvement.
Support network expansion and conduct training when needed to strengthen solution adoption.
Requirements
Minimum of 6 months' experience, preferably in the supermarket retail or trade marketing sector;
Experience in B2B customer service or support, handling a high volume of tickets;
Experience with offer management platforms or retail-focused SaaS solutions;
Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to build dashboards, cross-reference data and develop spreadsheet models for analysis;
Knowledge of ticketing/incident management tools such as Zendesk.
