Administrative HR processes such as time tracking, maintaining personnel changes, social insurances, etc.
Working with a process management software and gaining insight into running a digital company
Responsibility for specific projects related to ongoing company development — these will be discussed with you and can be increased over time

Requirements

Openness to learning new things — including outside HR
Good German language skills
Some prior HR experience is a plus but not required
