- Provide support, guidance, and knowledge-sharing to members of the TA team, helping build confidence and capability.
- Contribute to a strong team culture by sharing best-practice recruitment approaches, tools, and insights with the wider TA team.
- Share ideas that help us improve and evolve our recruitment processes, enhancing candidate experience as we grow.
Requirements
- 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, and the confidence that comes from helping a range of teams find great people.
- Collaborative and friendly - you’ll enjoy being part of the HQ team, sharing ideas, and contributing to our culture.
- A natural relationship-builder who enjoys getting to know teams, understanding their needs, and finding great people who fit.
