Responsibilities
Work across the full campaign lifecycle – planning, setup, pacing, optimizations, insights, and reporting
Consistently adapt optimization strategies to meet the specific goals and KPIs of multiple clients across web and app experiences
Present reporting and performance insights that lead to gains against client business objectives
Align with Account teams to fully understand client needs and suggest impactful strategies
Work with clients to provide input on ad copy and visuals, keeping in mind best practices across the various platforms
Grow partner and client relationships as a daily point of contact
Requirements
1–2 years of hands‑on, bottom funnel paid media experience
Working knowledge of major platforms in either search and/or social: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads (SEM, PMAX, Google App Campaigns, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and comfort completing data analysis in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic arithmetic, lookup tables, etc.)
Detail‑oriented with excellent organization and time‑management skills
Clear communicator—both written and verbal
Curious, proactive, and eager to grow your skill set across new channels and client types
A collaborative teammate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
