About the role

- Lead EITP's Resource & Demand Management operations
- Support the end-to-end Resource Capacity Planning (RCP) cadence
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs (Power BI or similar)

- Partner with service category leaders, PMs, and governance stakeholders
Requirements
- Typically has 7 years of relevant experience
- Experience in resource planning, capacity management, portfolio operations, or PMO reporting
- Strong proficiency with Power BI (or comparable analytics/reporting tools)
- Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data integrity
- Experience with Planview (or comparable portfolio management tooling) and Smartsheet-based intake/governance workflows
- Lean / process improvement experience (e.g., formal training or certification)
- Education Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience
