About the role
- Process & System Support SME focusing on SAP Ariba support and procurement processes. Ensuring stable daily operations and collaboration with stakeholders across IT, Procurement, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key support specialist for Ariba (Procurement Systems)
- Ensure smooth system operations, resolving incidents, and supporting continuous improvements within the Ariba environment
- Support selected Finance-related processes and Concur where needed
- Investigate and resolve incidents in line with defined processes, SOPs and KPIs
- Escalate complex issues to IT teams, vendors or 3rd line support if needed
- Provide system usage guidance and support to business stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Ariba
- Participate in system enhancements, upgrades and optimization activities
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba support or administration
- Strong understanding of procurement processes (PR, PO, sourcing, catalogues)
- Experience in roles & access management and workflow setup in Ariba
- Experience in analyzing integration and data flow issues
- Concur knowledge is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of SAP FI or finance processes is a plus (not the main focus)
- Knowledge of IT Service Management principles is an advantage
- English: C1
