Responsibilities

- Application and training in Lean methods and techniques (5S, FMEA, Visual Management, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Support in defining and coordinating projects aimed at improving the efficiency of operational processes.
- Support to the Manager in defining methods for collecting and summarizing productivity, quality, and service level data.
Requirements
- Degree in Management Engineering (specialization in Supply Chain Management and Logistics is a plus).
- Previous experience with 3PL logistics operators.
- Analytical approach and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Willingness to travel frequently (75%).
