Call Center Sales Advisor II making outbound calls to international members for Marriott Vacations Worldwide. Responsibilities include renewals, upgrades, and sales of ancillary products with customer service focus.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to international members primarily, as well as other markets as needed.
Renew and extend membership for existing members, upgrade memberships to premium status.
Reinstate members whose memberships have lapsed and present membership to non-existing members.
Drive sales of ancillary travel products and services.
Educate members on how to make best use of membership and exchange benefits.
Resolve customer objections and upselling as appropriate.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout these processes.
Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Requirements
High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent preferred but not required.
Two years of sales experience required.
Minimum of one year of experience in Exchange, Customer Relations, or equivalent Company call center experience.
Proficiency in English (additional language required for certain positions).
