About the role

  • Call Center Sales Advisor II making outbound calls to international members for Marriott Vacations Worldwide. Responsibilities include renewals, upgrades, and sales of ancillary products with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to international members primarily, as well as other markets as needed.
  • Renew and extend membership for existing members, upgrade memberships to premium status.
  • Reinstate members whose memberships have lapsed and present membership to non-existing members.
  • Drive sales of ancillary travel products and services.
  • Educate members on how to make best use of membership and exchange benefits.
  • Resolve customer objections and upselling as appropriate.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout these processes.
  • Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Two years of sales experience required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in Exchange, Customer Relations, or equivalent Company call center experience.
  • Proficiency in English (additional language required for certain positions).
