Lead, inspire, and coach the sales team to achieve ambitious targets, modelling best-in-class sales behaviours and building a results-driven culture built on accountability, activity, and closing.
Monitor pipeline health, KPIs, and performance, intervening decisively to keep trading on track and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Create and implement robust sales plans that deliver consistent year-on-year growth in revenue and customer volumes.
Coordinate forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning, providing accurate weekly trading and pipeline reports, and improving sales efficiency through data-led decision making.
