Responsibilities
Manage CEO's calendar and proactively optimize his schedule
Handling all domestic and international travel arrangements
Facilitate communication between appropriate stakeholders at all levels
Anticipate the needs of the CEO
Coordinating and scheduling meetings with the Board of Directors
Prepare and manage expense reports
Assist Finance with bank deposits as needed
Occasionally undertake personal assistant tasks
Responsible for day-to-day office operations running smoothly
Assist with event planning for the office and senior leadership meetings
Order catered lunches as needed
Requirements
Maintain confidentiality and protect operations by having a high level of discretion
Ability to prioritize and resolve conflicting needs with little to no guidance
