Recruiting Intern supporting Marc-1 Car Wash's hiring processes and talent acquisition efforts. Assist with recruitment tasks including interview coordination and onboarding activities.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth and efficient hiring processes
Review incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
Schedule in-person interviews and manage calendar coordination for candidates and hiring managers
Support the planning, logistics, and execution of in-person hiring events and career fairs
Assist with new-hire onboarding activities, including preparing documentation and maintaining accurate employee files
Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruiting teams as needed
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus
