Responsibilities
Support our digital learning ecosystem, master L&D operations, and use data analytics to optimize our global training resources.
Manage 360Learning (technical support, vendor relations, and user inquiries).
Support the community of learning content owners to drive engagement and adoption.
Maintain L&D resources in Notion and update slide decks to ensure brand alignment and accuracy.
Maintain L&D dashboards and produce performance reports for leadership.
Synthesize feedback from surveys to inform program improvements.
Manage end-to-end training logistics, including scheduling, room bookings, and virtual set-ups.
Draft the bi-monthly L&D newsletter to increase program visibility.
Curate the Slack editorial line with polls, best-practice tips, and peer-to-peer discussions.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (equivalent to Bac+4/5) or on a gap year from a business school or a specialized HR degree, with initial experience in L&D in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy, familiar with LMS platforms and Google Sheets for reporting.
Keen to leverage AI to automate tasks and scale learning impact.
Fluent in English.
High level of rigor and strong attention to detail.
Curious and proactive — a self-starter.
Adaptable to change and comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
