Responsibilities

- Ensure training is practical and engaging
- Support learning and performance on the shop floor
- Design and optimizing training material within the Layup process
- Investigating and solving training issues using structured methods
- Applying continuous improvement principles using quality tools Kaizen
Requirements
- Bachelor of manufacturing engineering or alike level
- Train the Trainer or other training education
- 6-8 years of developing and planning training materials mainly for unskilled workers
- Fluent English, Polish language will be valuable
- CAD/CATIA understanding
- Willingness to travel to support multiple Vestas sites
- Ability to assess skill gaps and define learning objectives aligned with business goals
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, blended learning, and experiential training formats
- Experience collaborating with engineering managers and subject matter experts to develop functional training content
- Ensuring training aligns with ISO standards, safety regulations, and internal policies
- Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e-learning tools
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and well-organized with effective collaboration skills
