About the role

  • Intern supporting the design and implementation of organizational initiatives at ZEISS. Collaborating with teams and participating in projects focused on organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Support our team in designing and implementing organizational initiatives
  • Participate in team discussions and decision-making processes

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s program (4th semester or higher) or a master’s program in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Previous experience (e.g., internships) in HR, consulting, or organizational development is a plus but not required
  • Strong interest in organizational culture change or change-management projects
  • Proactive, self-motivated work style with the ability to work independently
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations and other documentation
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
