Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in email marketing or CRM
- Prior experience with Klaviyo is a plus, but willingness to learn new tools is essential
- Open communicator with a positive attitude
- Analytical mindset and creativity in developing marketing strategies
- Fluent German and strong English skills, both written and spoken
