About the role
- E-Mail Marketing / CRM Manager working in a growing email marketing agency. Collaborating with online shops and managing customer relationships effectively.
Responsibilities
- You’ll work with online shops you personally shop from (cosmetics, jewelry, supplements, fitness products, fashion, etc.)
- You are the main point of contact between our clients and the team.
- By running regular check-in calls and working closely with clients, you will build strong relationships and take full responsibility for planning, coordinating and executing projects.
- You will have your own operational implementation team for copywriting, graphic design and technical implementation.
- Your primary focus is strategy development and best practices: sending volume and other levers that advance your work and the company so our clients stay ahead of the curve.
- Our clients are always open to innovative tests, and we have the technical resources to turn your ideas into reality.
- You will have direct impact on our clients’ growth rate and profitability.
Requirements
- You have 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM and want to deepen your expertise.
- Prior experience with Klaviyo is a plus, but your willingness to learn new tools is what matters most.
- You proactively engage with people, and your positive presence makes it easy for others to connect with you.
- You can interpret data and translate insights into creative marketing strategies.
- You speak fluent German and have solid spoken and written English skills.
